Return and Refund Policy

We follow a simple return and refund policy. Ensure that the product is in its original packing. Reasons for return include damaged or wrong product received.

If you have received a damaged book or a different product than ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Place a return request by visiting the portal. The return window for all wrong orders is 2 days after receiving the product.

Once the product reaches the warehouse, the refund will be initiated. You will be notified once we receive the product, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method. You will receive a full refund.

Note: Return requests placed within 2 days of receiving the product will only be accepted for refunds.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so and the refund will be processed.

Note: Orders can be cancelled only during the processing stage. Post-order confirmation cancellation is not possible.
